I,............................................... , the undersigned, hereby certify that in buying computer equipment from ITShare SA (hereafter known as ITShare), I understand and agree to the following:

• ITShare is a volunteer organisation, working with donated equipment and freely available, (usually Open Source based), software.

• ITShare volunteers can perform only very cursory checks as to the safety and reliability of the equipment we provide. We cannot take responsibility for damage, injury, or data loss as a result of the misuse of malfunction of equipment, which we ourselves have received as a donation. To minimise the risk of such occurrences, all buyers should ensure that they inform themselves of, and engage in, proper electrical safety practices, and regularly back up all important data.

• I have examined the equipment, and have seen that it is in satisfactory condition. I further indemnify ITShare from any liability or responsibility related to the equipment.
