• ITShare is a volunteer organisation, working with donated equipment and freely available, (usually Open Source based), software.
• ITShare volunteers endeavour to provide equipment suitable to the recipient's needs, but we cannot guarantee that the equipment and software will be adequate, or predict the lifespan of said equipment.
• ITShare volunteers can perform only very cursory checks as to the safety and reliability of the equipment we provide. We cannot take responsibility for damage, injury, or data loss as a result of the misuse of malfunction of equipment, which we ourselves have received as a donation. To minimise the risk of such occurences, all recipients should ensure that the inform themselves of, and engage in, proper electrical safety practices, and regularly back up all important data.
